A clear process, and no surprises along the way.
If you’re considering a new benefits advisor, or just a second opinion, you should know exactly what happens next. Here’s how we work.

- 1. Listen.
A 20-minute call to understand your company, your people, what’s working and what isn’t, and your renewal timeline.
- 2. Review.
We analyze your current plans, costs and renewal, benchmark them, and check common compliance items.
- 3. Recommend.
We walk you through clear options and tradeoffs in writing. If you’d like us to proceed, we go to market and negotiate with carriers on your behalf.
- 4. Support.
We help with enrollment, employee communication, compliance reminders and day-to-day questions all year, not just at renewal.
Step 1. Listen
What happens: A 20-minute call with an independent licensed broker. We ask about your company, your people, what’s working, what isn’t and your renewal date.
What you’ll need: Nothing yet. Just the conversation.
What you get: A clear sense of whether we can help, and what a review would focus on.
Step 2. Review
What happens: You share plan summaries, a recent invoice, your renewal (if available) and a basic census through a secure link. We analyze your plans, costs and contributions, benchmark them and check common compliance items.
Timeline: Typically five business days after we receive documents.
What you get: A written Benefits Review that’s yours to keep.
Step 3. Recommend
What happens: We walk you through the findings and two or three options, including keeping what you have. If you’d like us to act as your broker, we go to market where it makes sense and negotiate with carriers.
What you get: Side-by-side options with costs and tradeoffs in plain English, plus a written disclosure of how we’d be paid.
Step 4. Support
What happens: We help with enrollment, employee communication and carrier setup, then stay involved all year: answering questions, resolving issues, sending compliance reminders and preparing early for your next renewal.
What you get: A named advisor and a team that knows your plan.
Our commitments to you
- No obligation. The review is free, and you decide what happens next.
- You keep the review, whatever you decide.
- If your current setup is competitive, we’ll tell you.
- We disclose how we’re paid, in writing, before you sign.
- Every recommendation comes with the tradeoffs explained.
- A real person replies within one business day.
- What you share is used only to prepare your review and serve your plan.
What we can’t promise
We can’t guarantee savings or control how carriers price your plan. We can promise thorough preparation, honest advice and clear communication at every step.
